Why is it important to use eco-friendly cleaning products as opposed to ordinary cleaning products that have been in use for years?
Simply put, many of the ordinary household products contain ingredients which are harmful to not only us but our planet. There are many misconceptions about eco-friendly cleaning products, including that they aren’t as effective as their conventional counterparts but that simply isn’t true. Using cleaning products that are kinder to the environment does not meaning compromising on results. Try it for yourself! What brands do you stock?
We currently stock eco-friendly cleaning products from brand leaders like Ecover, Method, Bio-D and Ecozone. All are produced using sustainable ingredients that are non-toxic and non-harmful to you and your environment.
Do you use recycled packaging?
The packaging of the products we sell is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. Any items ordered from our site will be packaged in either second hand boxes or boxes made from 80% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. We would encourage you to reuse or recycle the boxes as well.
What payment method do I use?
Payment for any purchases ordered are processed via PayPal where you can either pay directly from your PayPal account or by Credit / Debit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal, and can simply enter your card details when prompted at the Paypal login screen. By using Paypal, we do not know or record any credit card details.
When do you dispatch orders?
We aim to process all orders within 3 working days after receipt of full payment and subject to the item being in stock. We will contact you if any out of stock items are likely to take more than advertised delivery timescales. We attempt to deliver within 7 working days. Should you need an item for a certain date please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How can I do this?
You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order before you have received it in the post, email email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order, letting us know your name, order number and why you are cancelling. If we receive the cancellation request before dispatch, a full refund will be made within 3 working days. If we receive your cancellation request after the goods have been dispatched then you will need to follow the returns procedure before a refund is issued.
How can I return an item I don't want anymore?
We understand that at times a refund may be requested. Please read our Returns Policy for further information.
What are your delivery charges?
We use either standard Royal Mail or standard courier services to make deliveries. Shipments are based according to the weight and quantity of products ordered. Royal Mail standard deliveries start at £2.99. Standard courier delivery starts at £7.95.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at this time.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of Mainland UK & Northern Island.
