Refunds & Returns

We understand that on occasion returns will be necessary. Our Refunds & Returns Policy is straight forward and simple to follow and does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

1. If you need to return an item(s), email us via our Contact Us form within 14 working days from delivery of the goods.  We will need to know your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for return.  We will then email you a returns authorisation number and details of the return address to send any item(s) to.

2. Please ensure that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that you are able to return it with the original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.  The returned item should include any ‘free’ item that was part of a promotion.  Should any accessory supplied not be returned, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount/value of replacement item(s).

3. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect order, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. All returned items are to be sent using a tracked delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt) as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Where tracked items become lost we will honour any refund amount providing the printed receipt and tracking number can be produced. Items sent via standard post that become lost will not be refunded.

4. You will need to return your items to us at the Returns Address provided within 14 working days of your notice.  You will also need to supply a copy of the original receipt for the cost of returning the product(s).  Until the item reaches us it remains the responsibility of the customer.   Any items sent back outside of this timescale will not be returned or refunded.

5. If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed as soon as possible after receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery. If the item is ‘out of stock’ we will endeavour to get your replacement to you as soon as possible.

6. If you have chosen a refund we will settle the refund using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase within 7 working days.

Improper Returns
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
