Welcome to Green Sparkle
The following are general terms and conditions of the online shop at www.greensparkle.co.uk and govern the use of the Site.  Any statutory consumer rights enjoyed by you are not affected in any way by these terms and conditions of sale.

 1. Definitions
The brand “Green Sparkle” and “www.greensparkle.co.uk” (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) is owned and operated by Nahma Ltd (registered in England and Wales under company number 09061700), registered Company address at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX
“goods” or “products”: means the goods confirmed in our order acceptance email
“order”: means your order made by you, using this website to purchase goods from us
“website”: means this website with the address www.greensparkle.co.uk
“you” or “your”: means you, the user of this website and/or purchaser of the good(s) or product(s)

2. Privacy
Green Sparkle is committed to protecting your privacy. Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy which can be viewed here.

3. General
Should you purchase any goods from www.greensparkle.co.uk you will be contracting with us on the terms outlined below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the Sales Terms, do not order any goods from this shop.

4. Terms of Sale
4.1   Products and Orders
4.1.1. The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer.
4.1.2. We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product. 
4.1.3 We retain the right to suspend supply of goods displayed if it is out of stock or for general site maintenance and may do this without warning or notice.
4.1.4. We retain the right to change prices without notice or warning. Current prices of all goods are clearly marked on the product page and these are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
4.1.5.Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a further email confirming dispatch of your order. The email confirming dispatch of your order represents acceptance by us of your order.
4.1.6 For orders through the website, we work to protect the security of your personal and payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input.

4.2 Payments
4.2.1 When you make a purchase through our website you will be charged in full for the products. Payment for any purchases ordered are processed via PayPal where you can either pay directly from your PayPal account or by Credit / Debit card.  You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal, and can simply enter your card details when prompted at the Paypal login screen.
4.2.2 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.  In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Green Sparkle shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in dispatch.
4.2.3 By using Paypal, we do not know or record any credit card details.

4.3 Promotions, discount codes and special offers
4.3.1 Greensparkle.co.uk may offer discount codes, special offers and promotions from time to time and may terminate these offers without prior notice. Receipt of a discount code does not provide a guarantee that the code will be accepted once the discount period has expired.
4.3.2 Discount codes do not apply to items covered by a promotion or to which a discount has already been applied. This includes promotional items added to the basket at no charge to the customer.
4.3.3 Promotional items must be ordered prior to the end of a promotion in order to take advantage of any discounts attached.
4.3.4 Where any goods are returned (except for an exchange where products are faulty/defective), we are entitled to either require the return of all goods delivered as part of a Multibuy offer at your cost or charge you for the goods retained by you at the full price quoted on this site.
4.3.5 Where we are offering a free gift with a product, we shall only provide one free gift per transaction per household, (irrespective of how many products are purchased). The free gift is subject to availability and we reserve the right to change the free gift for a gift of equivalent value. In order for us to facilitate the provision of a free gift, it may be necessary for us to include the free gift on our site at a nominal value. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not entitled to ‘purchase’ the free gift without purchasing the product it is provided free with and any attempt to ‘purchase’ the free gift will be cancelled (notwithstanding any automated communication you may receive acknowledging your order). In the unlikely event that the free gift is dispatched to you, you shall be obliged to return the free gift upon written request.
4.3.6 You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.  We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum.

4.4 Delivery of Orders
4.4.1 Once your order has been processed we will send you an email to inform you that your product order has been dispatched.  We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (a working day is 09.00-17.00 UK time Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).  You should receive the parcel within 7 working days.  If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we will contact you via your email address and inform you of the options available to you. If we are out of stock or the dispatch of your order is likely to be delayed we will email you immediately to let you know. At this point we offer a full refund if you are unable to wait.  We promise that we will do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We will always email you if there is a problem.
4.4.2 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
4.4.3 Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail standard delivery. We will use other postal delivery or courier services if necessary.  We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales communicated to you and in any event within 30 days of the date of order.  We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail or any other couriers that we choose to use fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. The timing of arrival of your order then depends on the efficiency of the carriers concerned.  Once an order is posted, it is up to the postal carriers to deliver to the customer on time. In certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, it is possible that an order will be delayed.
4.4.4 We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Island addresses only.  For the avoidance of doubt, deliveries to other locations such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses and the Republic of Ireland, will only be made when we have agreed with you and processed any additional delivery charges.
4.4.5 All ‘signed for’ goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years of over on delivery.

4.5 Delivery Charges
We use either standard Royal Mail or standard courier services to make deliveries.  Shipments are based according to the weight and quantity of products ordered.  Royal Mail standard deliveries starts at £2.99.  Standard courier delivery starts at £7.95.  

4.6 Undelivered or Damaged Order
4.6.1 Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.  We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.   If you receive an item that is damaged, please email orders@greensparkle.co.uk so we can deal with it as a matter of urgency.  Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message.
4.6.2 In the event that your order does not arrive at the address specified for the order you must report to Customer Services that the product was not received.   We ask that these reports are made as soon as possible, or in any case within 14 days from the delivery date.
4.6.3 Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.  Risk of loss and damage to your order passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered, or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

4.7 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
4.7.1 Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases from www.greensparkle.co.uk. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the time of order, to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods to receive a replacement or a refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible – please email orders@greensparkle.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.  Similarly, if you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again this will only be possible if your order has not already been dispatched.

Where the order has been processed and dispatched, then please follow our returns procedure to return the goods to us unused and as new together with their original packaging within 14 days of cancellation. The return will be at your own cost and expense. 

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods if you have been refunded. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.  We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

4.7.2 Returns
All returns and refunds should be authorised by Green Sparkle prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. For further information and details on our Returns Policy please click here.  

4.7.3 Refunds
Refunds are settled using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase.

5. Packaging
As an environmentally friendly company, we endeavour to reduce all unnecessary waste from our procedures. Your order will be packed in either recycled or reused packaging. This will only affect the appearance of your parcel & will not compromise the condition of the contents; we ensure your products are suitably protected during transit.   We do not send a paper copy of your dispatch note/invoice; this information can be viewed electronically if required.  Please contact us if you have any queries.

6. Competitions
The following rules are applicable to all competitions conducted by or on behalf of Green Sparkle until further notice or until amended.
6.1 By entering the competition, entrants (or voters for a particular entrant) together with any other member of the public involved (all such persons being referred to as ‘entrant’) hereby agree to be bound by these rules as amended from time to time, and by any competition instructions.
6.2 It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any updates of these rules, and they acknowledge that any failure to comply with these rules could lead to their disqualification without reasons being given or opportunity for challenge.
6.3 On completing and submitting a competition, you will automatically be entered into a draw for one of the prizes. No correspondence will be entered into and the winners will be notified by post or email within 28 days of the closing date.
6.4 The competition is not open to employees of Green Sparkle or participating companies. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize (s) described are available at the date of publication. Events may occur that render the promotion or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Green Sparkle, which may at its discretion vary or amend the promotion and the reader agrees that no liability shall be attached to Green Sparkle as a result thereof.
6.5 Proof of emailing will not be accepted as proof of delivery and no responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or for any technical failure or for any event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
6.6 Unless otherwise stated, entry to all competitions is restricted to entrants of 18 years of age or over.
6.7 The decision of Green Sparkle is final and it is a condition of entry to any competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules whether they be published or not, and that the decisions of the judges on any matter whatsoever arising out of or connected with the competition are final.
6.8 No purchase is necessary and no more than one entry per household.
6.9 Competitions open to UK residents only, unless otherwise stated.
6.10 You have 7 days to confirm acceptance of your prize, if we haven’t heard from you then we have the right to pick another winner. 

7. Reviews
7.1 If you submit a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
7.2 You grant Green Sparkle and its sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
7.3 You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content.
7.4 You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that, as at the date that the content or material is submitted to www.greensparkle.co.uk the content and material is accurate. 

8. Liability
We provide you with the most current, correct, and clearly expressed information possible. Nevertheless, inadvertent errors in information may occur. We disclaim in particular any responsibility for typographical errors and for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information contained on our Website.  The information and data made available on our Website may be changed from time to time without notice. The services, information, and data made available on our Website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Force majeure
We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising out of any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability to you.
